Using the fillable entry form
1) Open the file on your computer and fill out the form. Type your name in the Signature Field (you will need to come to the Secretary's table at the trial and actually SIGN the form)
2) Save Form and email to Trial Secretary (if using a credit card) or mail form with a check
3) Use the Online entry system found on the Trial Tab to enter and pay
